Joseph Grace is a co-founder and director of the healthcare market research firm MDRxFinancial and CEO and President of MDRxDirect. From 1992 to 1996, he was a Federal and State Affairs Representative for W.R. Grace & Co in Washington, D.C. In 1996 he helped to establish Karis Private Practice, a health care facility development company in New York City.
Ken Kupersmith Co-founded Clinical Communications Group Inc. (CCG) CCG was an accredited medical education and communications company. Ken served as Chief Operations Officer and Chief Financial Officer for the first six years of CCG’s existence and Executive Vice President and board member there after. In 2001 Ken co-founded SimuLearn Inc and is President and Chairman of the Board. SimuLearn Inc. was founded to develop more effective computer based training methodologies for leadership skills.
William Grace is a director of MDRxFinancial and COO of MDRxDirect. From 1991 to 1997, he was Executive Director of the Hopkins Institute in Washington, DC. He was then Vice President of the New York City-based health care facility development company Karis Private Practice. In 2000 he joined MDRxDirect, where he helps manage the firm’s software and business development.

Peter Lynch is Vice Chairman of Fidelity Investments. From 1977 to 1990, Mr. Lynch managed Fidelity's Magellan Fund. Kevin McAnaney is a nationally recognized expert on health care fraud and abuse. Mr. McAnaney served as the Chief of the Industry Guidance Branch of the Office of Counsel to the Inspector General from its creation in 1997 until May, 2003. Prior to joining the Department, Mr. McAnaney was a partner in the Washington, D.C. office of the Dewey Ballantine law firm where he practiced in the health care, food and drug, and environmental areas. From 1981 to 1983, Mr. McAnaney served as Assistant Counsel to New York Governor Hugh Carey, where he was responsible for the Governor’s agenda in the health and human services area, including Medicaid.
M. Dix Wheelock – After graduating from St. Lawrence University in 1991, Mr. Wheelock launched a successful career in the healthcare industry. In 1994 he became a founding member of MC Communications, LLC. MC Comm. is a global, multi-channel medical education company serving over 250,000 healthcare professionals on an annual basis. In January of 2008 Dix and two partners founded a global tradeshow management and acquisition company.
Thomas D. Lehrman is President and Founder of Boliven, a startup company dedicated to advancing innovation and the common good. Previously, Thomas was Director of the Office of WMD Terrorism at the U.S. Department of State and served on the President's WMD Commission. Thomas started his career as a financial analyst at Tiger Management and later co-founded and served as co-Chief Executive Officer of Gerson Lehrman Group, the leading expert network. Thomas also co-founded and serves on the Board of the Brooklyn Excelsior Charter School, a leading public charter school in Brooklyn, New York.
M. Colin McLane is the founder and Managing Partner of McLane Capital Partners. Prior to founding the firm, he co-founded Mara Capital, a privately held Broker Dealer in New York City and the predecessor firm to MCP. In 1997 he co-founded the McLane Group, a premier risk management firm whose clients include financial institutions, hedge funds, private equity funds, and pension funds. Colin began his investment career at Lehman Brothers in the Investment Management Division, where his primary responsibility was as a senior client advisor for clients of the firm.
